We use personal information to evaluate, process, originate, service, and sell mortgage loans; verify identity and prevent fraud; comply with legal and regulatory obligations; operate and improve our website; and, where permitted, market our products and services to you.
We share nonpublic personal information only as permitted by law, including with: service providers and business partners who help us process, underwrite, service, or sell your loan; lenders and investors; credit bureaus and verification vendors; and regulators or others as required by law. We do not sell or rent your personal information. Our GLBA Privacy Notice describing your right to limit certain sharing is provided to you at application and annually as required.
We use cookies, web beacons, and pixel tags to operate the site, measure traffic, and support advertising. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Depending on your state, the use of advertising/analytics cookies may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information — see Section 6.
Some browsers and browser extensions offer a “Global Privacy Control” (GPC) or “Do Not Track” signal. Where technically feasible, we treat a GPC signal as a valid opt-out request for the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information as described in Section 6.
We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure, consistent with the GLBA Safeguards Rule.

We will respond to verifiable requests within 45 days as required by law, with the possibility of a 45-day extension where reasonably necessary. We may ask for information to verify your identity — typically the name, email, and phone number on file with us — before processing requests to access, correct, or delete your personal information. An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf; we may require proof of authorization.
Residents of other states with comprehensive privacy laws (e.g., Colorado, Virginia, Connecticut) may have similar rights to access, correct, delete, and opt out, subject to the same GLBA exemption. Contact us using the information below to make a request.
Residents of Colorado, Virginia, and other states with a statutory right to appeal may also appeal our decision if we decline a privacy request. To appeal, reply to our written response or contact us using the information below; we will respond to appeals within the time frame required by your state’s law.

Our website is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide products and services, comply with our legal and regulatory obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Because mortgage transactions are subject to record-keeping requirements under state and federal law, loan-application and account records are typically retained for at least three years after the loan is closed or the application is withdrawn, and longer where required by lender, investor, or regulator record-keeping rules.
We may update this Policy and will revise the “Last updated” date above.
